"Go, send, or disobey." -John Piper
God sent Ananias to the most
unlikely person: Saul of Tarsus (the same Saul who was a Pharisee of Pharisees
that persecuted Christians). Ananias could have said, “Nope, I won’t go” and
history may have looked very different.
Saul may not have become Paul and go on to write two-thirds of the New
Testament and spread the gospel across the world. This all started because Ananias didn’t let fear stop him
from approaching someone. God wants us to be just as bold about approaching
others with the gospel. Like Ananias
your obedience won't just effect one person, but this will have ripple effects on many
others.
