Be a Witness

We often want to be the judge of other people, but God wants us to be a His witness.  If you were on the witness stand in court, a testimony is firsthand knowledge of what you have seen and heard.  Research also shows that a personal testimony is the most affective approach to persuasion. This is one reason why the Bible says we overcome by “the word of our testimonies.”  Thus the question is: “What have you experienced God do in your life?”  We all have a testimony to share, so do it.

For you will be a witness for him to everyone of what you have seen and heard (Acts 22:15, ESV).
